He is responsible for sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and executing core-plus, value-add, and development opportunities in strategic high-growth U.S. markets. Milo oversees investments from initial evaluation through closing, ensuring each opportunity aligns with targeted risk-adjusted return profiles and broader capital objectives.

He leverages rigorous financial modeling, market analysis, and comprehensive diligence to develop differentiated investment theses and drive disciplined, data-informed decision-making for both internal stakeholders and capital partners. Since joining ATLAS, Milo has played an integral role in advancing the firm’s investment pipeline and leading transaction execution across multiple verticals.
