Iris Baric is the Executive Assistant at ATLAS, where she provides high-level administrative and operational support across the organization. She works closely with leadership to manage priorities, streamline communications, and ensure the day-to-day functions of the firm run smoothly — serving as a key connector between teams, partners, and stakeholders.

Prior to joining ATLAS, Iris built her foundation in human resources at a manufacturing facility, where she developed a strong command of personnel relations, management development, and organizational operations. That experience sharpened her ability to navigate complex environments and work effectively across all levels of an organization.

Iris holds a Master of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology, bringing a research-backed understanding of workplace behavior, team dynamics, and organizational effectiveness to everything she does. Outside of the office, you'll find Iris elbow-deep in an off-road build, hitting the trails, or camping in the backcountry with her dog Rufus.
