Brock Hakalmazian is the Development Manager at ATLAS, overseeing all aspects of development and asset management. Before joining ATLAS, he was Director of Property Management at ViaWest Group, where he focused on improving operations, systems, and new business development.

Previously, Brock founded Partners PMG, a boutique property management firm, and held a role at SimonCRE, where he sold more than $275 million in retail net lease assets nationwide. Earlier in his career, he worked with Citibrokers and Lee & Associates in property management and brokerage support roles.

He is an active member of ULI and NAIOP. Originally from San Diego and raised in Fort Worth, Brock enjoys traveling and trying new restaurants with his wife, as well as trail running, fly fishing, and hunting.
